(SBU) Polmiloff passed reftel non-paper and points to Omur Yurdakul (1st Secretary in the MFA's Disarmament department) on July 30. Yurdakul had no immediate comment regarding the paper or points, noting that the GOT had not given thought to its own approach in the First Committee during the 58th UNGA.
