We conveyed the information on the alleged violation of FAA regulations by a Canadian, Mr. Glen Green (ref a), to Transport Canada, which has provided the following response. We will convey any additional information we receive. 2. Text of letter from Transport Canada: Thank you for your letter of July 7, 2003, in which you brought to our attention, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) case 2003GL010096, involving Mr. Glen Green, of Edmonton, Alberta. We also confirm receipt of the subject case file, containing results of the FAA investigation into the alleged incident, in which FAA regulations were contravened on board a Northwest Airlines flight. Transport Canada, Aviation Enforcement will carry out an investigation into the alleged incident, and inform you of the outcome.
