Article in Tegucigalpa-based liberal daily \"La Tribuna\" on 7/16 entitled \"FBI agents investigate the massacre in El Porvenir\". \"The Deputy Minister of Security Armando Calidonio confirmed that a team of FBI agents has been in Honduras for some days investigating the killings in El Porvenir\'s penal farm.\" \"Calidonio declared that this team arrived in the country as a result of a special request from President Maduro and the Minister of Security Oscar Alvarez, and they are also investigating other criminal acts.
