Brown. Reasons 1.5 (b) and (d).
2. (S) Ibrahim Yagli, Head of the Disarmament Department at
the MFA, reported to Polmiloff on July 9 that there has been
no export activity from Turkey to the Iranian entities
outlined in ref A. Yagli expressed thanks for the information
provided in the non-paper (passed to the GOT as reported in
refs B and C), and said that it has helped Turkey maintain
its vigilance in supporting the MTCR.
