A. Bandaranaike Center for International Studies (BCIS) BMICH, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 7, Sri Lanka. B. The BCIS envisages Ms. Crehan working in two areas. First, to of courses for high level officials of the public and private sectors, i career and aspiring diplomats. Second, to teach current and potentia teachers and English teacher trainers. ELF assistance is needed to d develop and coordinate suitable courses for the two different target mentioned above. C. Monthly stipend of Sl.Rs 25,000 ($258/-) inclusive of housing will by BCIS. Utilities will be Ms. Crehan's responsibility. D. Post will not be sharing any costs. Camp
