(C) MFA has accepted our offer to acquire 10,000 anthrax
vaccines through unobligated FY 2002 FMF. MFA First
Secretary M. Turker Ari did not anticipate any problem with
SIPDIS
price adjustment or with transportation and administrative
costs. MFA said they would not request training for
healthcare providers. Embassy offered to provide patient
education materials, translated into Turkish, on the anthrax
vaccine.
