Gnehm. Reasons 1.5 (b,d) 1. (S) In an April 8 meeting with FonMin Muasher that covered a number of issues (septel), the Ambassador delivered the April 7 NSC Coalition Members Update, as instructed reftel. Muasher welcomed the information and said he would look forward to receiving future updates as they become available. As per the preferred mechanism to do so, Muasher said he would prefer to get these updates by fax from the Embassy. To that end, we recommend that upcoming NSC Coalition Partners Updates be e-mailed to DCM Gregory Berry (berrygl@state.gov), PolCouns Douglas Silliman (sillimanda@state.gov), and PolOff Sam Kotis (kotissd@state.gov).
