STATE 75175 (U) We delivered ref A talking points to David Olson, Human Rights Officer for the Americas in DFAIT,s Human Rights, Humanitarian Affairs and International Women,s Equality Division, on April 3. Olson said that Canada will co-sponsor the Cuba resolution. Olson added that, in light of the recent arrest of dissidents in Cuba, they had hoped to see a more strongly-worded resolution on Cuba.
