(C) Contrary to reports in Cairo Ref A that Jordanian Foreign
Minister Marwan Muasher attended the March 24 Arab League
ministerial in Cairo, Muasher's personal assistant Ali
al-Ayed confirmed to A/DCM March 25 that Muasher did not/not
attend the meeting. As we noted in Ref B, Jordan was
represented by its Ambassador to Egypt and Representative to
the Arab League, Hani al-Mulki.
