CONOFF AND FSN WENT TO SUWAQA PRISON ON MARCH 9, 2003 TO VISIT RAED HIJAZI. ONCE AGAIN RAED REFUSED TO MEET WITH THE VISITING CONSULAR PERSONNEL. CONOFF LEFT A MESSAGE FOR RAED HIJAZI EXPLAINING THE PURPOSE OF THE VISIT. 2. THE PRISON DIRECTOR REPORTED THAT RAED HIJAZI DOES NOT CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS. HE ALSO REPORTED THAT RAED IS IN GOOD HEALTH. GNEHM
