France's leading NGO dedicated to the support of terrorist victims and their families is S.O.S Attentats - S.O.S. Terrorisme. It was founded in 1986 by Franoise Rudetzki, herself a victim of terrorist attack. Its aim is to seek monetary compensation, psychological and medical care and judicial assistance for terrorism victims and their family members. The organization helps all victims of attacks on French soil, regardless of nationality; it also helps victims of terrorist attacks outside France who are French citizens or residents. The organization welcomes contact with similar, American organizations. 2. The full name of the organization is: S.O.S. Attentats - S.O.S Terrorisme. Contact information: S.O.S. Attentats ) S.O.S. Attentats; these include the office of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Secretariat for Veterans and War Victims, the Ile-de-France Regional Council and the Paris City Hall. 4.
