Van Glaanen-Weygel, and learned that the Government of Suriname, with regret, had been unable to arrange for their representative in Brussels to attend the Geneva conference the Third Additional Protocol, as Brussels staff had been diverted to Hong Kong in support of Suriname's participation in the WTO. Van Glaanen-Wegyel lamented that Suriname's limited diplomatic personnel resources abroad did not allow simultaneous coverage of the meeting in Geneva. LEONARD NNNN
