(S) On November 30, Econ Unit Chief delivered reftel talking 
points to Helmut Krehlik, Head of the Ministry of Economy's 
Import and Export Division.  Krehlik thanked the USG for the 
information regarding the Austrian firm Vogelbush's possible 
sale of technology and equipment for a citric acid production 
line to the Iranian firm Kimia Gharb Gostar Industries.  He 
promised to look into the issue and report back to us.
