(C) The Netherlands lacks the capacity to provide aircraft to support the UNAMI mission. Willemijn Kallenberg (Senior Policy Advisor, North Africa and Middle East Department, MFA) told Poloff November 25 that the Dutch received last week at the UN a request similar to reftel points. Willemijn said the Netherlands informed the UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations of its inability to provide aircraft in support of UNAMI. BLAKEMAN
