On November 16, emboff delivered reftel points to Department of Foreign Affairs Americas Section Third Secretary Margaret Stanley. Stanley confirmed previous Irish SIPDIS contributions to the Organization of American States (OAS) Mission in Bogota as the following: --euro 130,000 core-funding to the Mission (per year for three years, 2005-2007) (Please note the amount quoted by Stanley differs from reftel amounts). 2. Stanley also said that Ireland will soon announce an additional contribution of euro 130,000 to boost the human rights mandate of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR).
