Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

VM Palacios indicated to Econoff that while the U.S. should be able to obtain the support necessary to be reelected to the Category A Board, he deferred to the MFA for the GOP's official position. Gomez told Econoff that she had to forward the demarche for official action to the MFA office for candidacies, she anticipated no problem with Peru's support of the U.S. candidacy. Gomez noted the key and constructive role that the U.S. has played from the founding of the IMO to the present. STRUBLE
