Foreign Minister Barco agreed the rhetoric was unacceptable and of concern, and had so informed the Israeli ambassador. She said the GOC was in touch with the Israelis on the matter and considering an appropriate response. Post will continue to monitor Colombian developments on this issue. DRUCKER
