Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

(C) In response to our inquiry, Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs International Organizations Department Chief Valery Mkrtumyan told us that the GOAM is still studying the country resolutions pending at the UN Third Committee and that the MFA had not yet given final instructions to its mission in New York. He said that Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian (currently traveling with President Robert Kocharian in Greece) was discussing the Iran issue with the President directly. He added that Oskanian had charged Deputy Foreign Minister Armen Baibourtian (who is on official travel in Singapore this week) to talk with his interlocutors about implications of the resolutions on North Korea and Burma, although he said he did not expect "any major change" on those issues.
