(U) On 8 November, poloff delivered points in reftel with Wendy Drukier, Deputy Director of the United Nations and Commonwealth Affairs Division at Foreign Affairs Canada (FAC). 2. (U) The Canadian positions on each of these resolutions remains unchanged from those discussed at the semi-annual bi-lateral human rights consultations in advance of the Third Committee held in Washington on Oct. 13.
