(SBU) Embassy delivered para 4 reftel demarche via non-paper to MFA Africa and Middle East Affairs director Jose Juan Hernandez Cimadevilla on November 2, emphasizing our request that the Dominican Republic issue a statement rejecting President Ahmadi-Nejad's recent inflammatory rhetoric against Israel and the United States.
