(U) On Nov. 3, Poloff forwarded reftel letter from Thomas Adams to Gabriela Dlouha, the Czech MFA Transition Promotion Unit Coordinator. Dlouha responded promptly, thanking the U.S. for its commitment to the Belarus radio project. She also said the GOCR will provide an initial grant of $80,000, and expects to continue providing long-term support for the project through Czech NGO partners or other partners. 2. (U) Poloff also offered to arrange a meeting between Adams and Dlouha when Adams travels to Prague on Nov 15. Dlouha confirmed she is very interested in meeting with Adams, but is not certain whether she will be in Prague on Nov 15. She promised to contact Poloff as soon as her schedule on that date is known. CABANISS
