Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

On November 3 Econoff raised reftel points with Ms. Prachee Brandenburg, Policy Advisor to the Ministry of Transport. Brandenburg said the GONL had no immediate plans to ratify the convention or protocol. 2. Brandenburg explained that The Netherlands had participated in the negotiations in order to influence the final texts, with the expectation that they would adopt them in the distant future. Dutch commercial law had been revised in 1994, she said, and government and industry remained satisfied with the current legislation. Consequently, the GONL saw no need to ratify the agreements at this time. BLAKEMAN
