Mario Rivera, GOES Ministry of Foreign Affairs Multilateral Affairs Director. Rivera commented that the GOES, as a strong ally of the U.S. in Iraq and a country which contributes a contingent to Mission Iraqi Freedom, is very pleased to note the progress being made towards democracy.
