Following ref inquiry from Exim concerning the uses for the 4 Swiftship patrol boats proposed for Eximbank financing, Embassy Santo Domingo has reviewed relevant information, including the text of the letter provided by Secretary of Armed Forces Sigfrido Pared Perez.
