SUTTON reason 1.4 (b) (d) (C) Polcouns met on 10/26 with Udomsak Sritangos, Director of the MFA Middle East Division, regarding reftel talking points. Mr. Udomsak accepted the points and noted Thailand's desire to cooperate with us on these issues. He also noted Thailand's good relations with Israel. He believed that Thailand would be able to support the Holocaust remembrance resolution. He was uncertain about the status of the other issues, and undertook to follow up with the International Organizations division.
