Ref B points on the Joint Commercial/Labor Declaration were also sent to the Ministers of Labor and Trade. Suriname's action officer on Summit of the Americas issues is based at the Surinamese Embassy in Washington; the points might therefore usefully be repeated to the Surinamese mission in Washington, as suggested ref C.
