Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

C O N F I D E N T I A L YEREVAN 001885 SIPDIS DEPT FOR EUR/CACEN E.O. 12958: DECL: 10/21/2015 TAGS: AEMR, ASEC, EAID, MASS, PGOV, PREF, PREL, PK, AM, NATO SUBJECT: ARMENIA: NONCOMMITTAL ON SUPPORT FOR NATO AIR-BRIDGE, PAKISTAN RELIEF REF: STATE 194572 Classified By: Pol/Econ Chief C. Doell for reasons 1.4 (b, d). (C) We delivered reftel demarche points regarding international disaster relief support for Pakistan to outgoing Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) NATO Section Head Hrach Tashchian and incoming MFA NATO Section Head Marta Ayvazyan. Tashchian said he did not know about the October 18 agreement to activate the NATO Response Force (NRF), or the draft operations plan and statement of requirements. Tashchian said he would relay reftel points to the GOAM NATO delegation in Brussels which, so far, has not proposed specific GOAM assistance to aid in relief efforts. Though Armenia would be willing to "work through the Response Force to render assistance," Tashchian said he could not comment on specific, concrete steps the GOAM might take until the GOAM has a better idea about NATO's operational requirements.
