On October 19, Post delivered reftel talking points and USTR fact sheets to GOH Minister of Agriculture Mariano Jimenez and to Melvin Redondo, Chief of Commercial Negotiations at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Redondo plans to discuss the proposal with his agricultural specialists as soon as possible. Post will report any substantive response we receive. Williard
