1. (U) ACTION REQUEST: In support of the Office of Defense 
Cooperation, Post is requesting an expedited Human Rights 
Vetting, in accordance with the Leahy Amendment, of the 
individuals listed below that are attending DOD sponsored 
training.  This list supplements the list transmitted in ref. 
B.  All training activities began on Monday, 10 October. 
Confirmation of clearance is requested as soon as possible. 
To date, Post has no credible information of human rights 
violations by the persons mentioned below, whose names were 
not included in the previous messages (ref. A and B).
