UNCLAS ASUNCION 001244 SIPDIS E.O. 12958: N/A TAGS: PARM, PREL, CDG, UNGA SUBJECT: PARAGUAY: U.S. UNGA FIRST COMMITTEE (UNFC) RESOLUTION ON COMPLIANCE (INTERIM RESPONSE) REF: SECSTATE 178316 On 10/03, POLOFF delivered reftel resolution on compliance with nonproliferation, arms control and disarmament agreements to Julio Peralta, Director of International Organizations within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Peralta indicated that he would discuss the resolution with his colleagues at the United Nations and will respond in the coming days. Post will forward any substantive response as it becomes available. KEANE
