Begin Text: #17-1(10610) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan presents its compliments to the Embassy of the United States of America in Dushanbe and has the honor to inform that the Republic of Tajikistan welcomes and fully supports the Proliferation Security Initiatives (PSI) and the Statement of Intervention Principles (SOP) of September 4, 2003. This step reflects the Republic of Tajikistan's readiness to cooperate in the issues of preventing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, means of their delivery and related materials. As far as possible, the Republic of Tajikistan is ready to participate in future measures related to the Initiative on ensuring security in the field of the non-proliferation of the weapons of mass destruction.
