US embassy cable - 05KINGSTON2225

Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

From the standpoint of potential implications for U.S.
foreign policy concerns, Post can determine no difficulties
with proposed NIH award of research project entitled Family
Connections Across Generations and Nations. Post hopes that
survey results will be shared with USAID Kingston's Health
and Education Programs and suggests that researchers should
ensure that local partners are involved in learning of study
outcomes.

Pending human subject approval, Post clears on the study and
looks forward to receiving information from Domestic
Principal Investigator James Jackson, of the University of
Michigan at Ann Arbor.
