UNCLAS KINGSTON 002164 SIPDIS DEPARTMENT FOR WHA/CAR (BENT) SOUTHCOM FOR POLAD AND J7 E.O. 12958: N/A TAGS: EAID, ECIN, PREL, JM, UNGA SUBJECT: DEVELOPMENT ISSUES IN THE UN HIGH LEVEL GENERAL ASSEMBLY REF: STATE 160880 On September 13, Poloff contacted Angella Brown, Deputy Director, International Organizations Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, to deliver reftel talking points. Brown said that she had seen the U.S. delegation's comments on the draft outcome document, but did not comment further. Brown told Poloff she was very grateful to receive reftel nonpaper by fax, and that she would pass the document to her delegation in New York immediately. Brown will be joining the Jamaican delegation at the UNGA this week. TURNER
