US embassy cable - 05KINGSTON2164

Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

On September 13, Poloff contacted Angella Brown, Deputy
Director, International Organizations Department, Ministry of
Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, to deliver reftel talking
points. Brown said that she had seen the U.S. delegation's
comments on the draft outcome document, but did not comment
further. Brown told Poloff she was very grateful to receive
reftel nonpaper by fax, and that she would pass the document
to her delegation in New York immediately. Brown will be
joining the Jamaican delegation at the UNGA this week.
