Tender will be financed with funds from the World
Bank Loan No.7190-PA. Articles must be from World
Bank member countries. Foreign bidders must
participate only thru their duly registered local
agents/representatives. Specifications, on sale
thru 092105, cost Guaranies 480,000, deposited in
account No.490/Otros Recursos, Banco Central del
Paraguay. Specs can be viewed at the website
http://www.contratacionesparaguay.gov.py/app/ q_lla.j
sp. The present free floating exchange rate is
approx. Guaranies 6,080 per U.S. Dollar. Interested
parties must purchase specifications from the MEC--
Ministerio de Educacion address only, thru a note on
company letterhead, including copy of the bank
deposit slip.
