Charge on August 25 delivered reftel points to Ambassador Douglas Saunders, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade (MFAFT). Saunders thanked him for the information but did not offer a substantive response. 2. On August 30, Post faxed a copy of the points to Dr. Headley Edwards, Director of Veterinary Services, Ministry of Agriculture. 3. We have been unsuccessful thus far with repeated attempts to arrange a meeting with the Health Ministry to deliver reftel points. TURNER
