1. (U)  Per Reftel, Post nominates the following Salvadoran 
police officers to attend ILEA course Tactical Safety and 
Survival Seminar at Laguna El Pino, Guatemala, from October 3 
to 7, 2005.  All officers have the rank of Agent (equivalent 
to corporal), are members of the Salvadoran Anti-Narcotics 
Police (DAN), have five years experience as police officers, 
were born in El Salvador, and do not speak English.
