On September 8, we delivered the documents in reftels
provided to participants for use at the 12 September Madrid
MISSILE TECHNOLOGY CONTROL REGIME (MTCR) conference. Ivan
Pinter of the United Nations Department of the Czech Ministry
of Foreign Affairs received the documents. Pinter said that
he would be attending the conference and welcomed the
information, though he noted that he was not a technical
expert but would provide reftels to the relevant substantive
experts.
