1. (C) On September 7, poloff delivered ref A notification
to DFM Mustafa Noman on the pending transfer of one Yemeni
detainee determined to no longer pose a threat. Noman
anticipated that the ROYG would accept his return without
issue as with the previous transferee (ref C), but would
forward an official acceptance shortly. Noman reiterated
ROYG concerns over accepting the transfer of enemy combatants
(ref D).
2. (C) Poloff also delivered ref B notification of the
continued detention of six Yemeni detainees. Noman accepted
the names without comment.
