Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

EconPolOff delivered reftel demarche on September 2 to Tibor Benczur-Juris, Director of the Office for International Relations, in the Interior Ministry's Federal Agency for State Protection and Counterterrorism. 2. Benczur-Juris agreed that Interpol's Bioterrorism Prevention Initiative was extremely timely and important. He said that more international collaboration is needed in this area and that his Ministry would begin work right away to see what, if any, training materials the GOA could provide to Interpol, including the names of any bioterrorism experts. EconPolOff also left a non-paper with Benczur-Juris on the initiative and encouraged his office to send any available information directly to Interpol's Bioterrorism Unit, per ref. 3. Benczur-Juris said he would follow up with post in about a week. Brown
