(SBU) India will likely not participate in the Tracker Automated Export Control System workshop in Oxford, UK, in October because the GOI is developing its own export control software, MEA Under Secretary (Disarmament and International Security) Nutan Kapoor told PolMilOff. The GOI is aware of the capabilities of the Tracker software from demonstrations during previous EXBS training courses, but is developing software tailored to its own requirements and export control list, SCOMET. 2.
