(SBU) EconPolCouns delivered reftel demarche on August 31 to Ralph Scheide, the assistant secretary-level head of the Austrian Foreign Ministry's Middle East and Africa division. 2. (S) Austrian President Heinz Fischer would attend the High Level Event in New York, Scheide said.
