Castle confirmed that she had already provided a partial response on the suggested U.S. list during the April AG meeting in Australia. She also discussed her views on two of the named agents with Doug Brown during her July visit to Washington. She promised she would provide a formal response soon, and well before the requested September 15 deadline. Burnett
