(C) Poloff delivered REFTEL demarches regarding the list of
missile projects of concern to Jacek Sawicz of the Polish
Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 18 August 2005 in preparation
for the Madrid MTCR Plenary. Sawicz commented that the list
would prove useful in preparing for the plenary and expressed
interest in additional guidance.
