Polcouns delivered reftel demarche August 19 to Katarzyna Katsperczyk, who handles Community of Democracy issues in the MFA's Department of Policy Planning. Katsperczyk said that Poland, as a convener and strong supporter of the Community of Democracies and the UN Democracy Fund, will be making a contribution to the Fund, but that the amount had not yet been signed off on by the Prime Minister's office. She said she would let us know the amount as soon as it was determined. 2.
