Per ref, the Consular Section at U.S. Embassy Almaty was requested to deliver Letters Rogatory to the appropriate judicial authorities for the case Sokol Holdings, Inc. v. BMB Munai, Inc., Boris Cherdabayev, Alexandre Agaian, Bakhytbek Baiseitov, Mirgali Kunayev, and Georges Benarroch; Service of Process to be effected on Boris Cherdabayev, Bakhytbek Baiseitov, and Mirgali Kunayev. 2. The Consular Section at U.S. Embassy Almaty received the Letters Rogatory on August 11, 2005.
