Capunay Senior APEC Representative at the Peruvian Foreign Ministry. Poloff on 8/9 also presented reftel demarche to Romulo Acurio, Advisor on Non-Proliferation to the Director General for Multilateral Affairs at the MFA. Capunay and Acurio did not have any immediate response. Post will provide any comments we receive on the initiative. STRUBLE
