Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

SUBJECT: UNRWA'S RESPONSE TO DEMARCHE ON PREVENTING UN
CONTRACTS WITH TERROR ORGANIZATIONS
REF: A. STATE 116195
B. AMMAN 05723
UNRWA delivered on July 28 its second formal response to ref
A demarche, which had requested that the Agency cross
reference the organizations with which it had business
relationships against the UN 1267 Sanctions Committee list of
known terror organizations. UNRWA reported that it compared
the names of all of its outside (extra-Agency) payees with
each name on the 1267 list. The comparison consisted of
trying to match names electronically and by manually
comparing names on alphabetized lists. According to UNRWA,
none of the names on the 1267 list was identical to any name
on the UNRWA payee list for the period 1 January 2004 to 30
June 2005.
