(C)  On July 29, emboff delivered reftel talking points to 
Therese Healy, Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) First 
Secretary for Disarmament and Non-proliferation.  Healy said 
 
SIPDIS 
that the DFA had checked out several UAE firms in the past 
but found nothing of concern.  She was not sure if Ireland 
had any business with the Gulf Scientific Corporation (GSC) 
or its subsidiaries, but said that she would forward talking 
points to Department of Enterprise, Trade, and Employment 
officials for information and action if necessary.
