Rodriguez Pantoja told ESTHOFF that Spain would follow its established procedures for such cases. Our information would first be passed to the National Research Center (CNI - Spain's CIA equivalent) for data base searches and then both entities would be added to Spain's non-proliferation/export control "blacklists."
