1.  (SBU) The GOK has not yet finalized attendance for the 
60th UNGA, although the Prime Minister will participate in 
the High-Level Event (HLE).  Post will provide additional 
information as it becomes available.

A.  Attendance of Head of State:  No 
 
B.  Attendance of Head of Government:  Yes, the PM will 
attend the HLE; the extent of his UNGA participation has not 
been determined. 
 
--  His Highness Shaykh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the 
Prime Minister. 
 
--  Arrival/Departure:  TBD.  The PM will participate in the 
High-Level Event scheduled for September 14 - 16.

for any bilateral meetings.
